The nplaw subscription service is a simple way for headteachers and governors to ensure access to a full range of legal services.

Hosted by Norfolk County Council, nplaw is able to deliver a full range of public sector legal service. In particular, we have specialists in education law, family law. employment law, contracts and procurement, data protection and litigation.

More Details

We are able to help schools with contractual disputes, education law issues, ICT and Data protection issues, parental contact and other disputes. We provide advice by telephone, and by email. We are always willing to attend meetings at schools where this is more appropriate, and the cost of this is included in the subscription service.

Nplaw already provides legal services for a large number of public authorities in Norfolk and across England and Wales, as well as for schools, parish councils and others in the public sector.
